Everything you need to deliver a memorable speech!
Read this book with a box of tissues - I was crying with laughing at some of the suggested jokes and anecodotes.
This book contains humour, seriousness, memory lane, advice for the future - everything you need to write a wedding speech that will be remembered (whether the wedding is videoed or not!)
As with Confetti's other books and the website, this book will be of use to all best men, grooms, brides, fathers and mothers who want to make a speech at their wedding of the year!
The suggestions made provide a 'backbone' and structure for the speech, that will then become personal to the couple once you add in your own anecdotes and memories.
The book also offers guidance on what is, and is not, appropriate material for wedding speeches - always useful if you want to keep on speaking terms with your friends and family.

Excellent!
I did my entire speech based on things presented in this book. It lasted five minutes, and apparently had every female almost in tears.

This book presents your role in making your speech and the building blocks to enable you to do that succinctly. Even if you only take the structure that it gives you and ignore the sample speeches (which I did to a large extent), you will probably do well. The advantage of this book is that you can also see what other people in your party are hopefully going to do, so you don't have to worry about making a long speech to thank everybody, because you know that others will be doing that in part for you.

This book made my speech short, punchy, and memorable. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.

Speech went well !

The book gives some good pointers, though much of the material you'll end up writing yourself. It is good for preparing the structure of the speech and managing the nerves !
