A Practical Handbook For the Desk
Unlike other NLP books I have read, NLP in Business provides a lucid account of how to use NLP in a business environment. I would highly recommend this handbook for any manager or leader out there in the field today. I was able to put into practice immediately some of the techniques outlined in the book. I especially found the section on Executive Coaching useful.
