Comperehensive and Practical
I have been a GP for 25 + years and have ben invloved in NLP since 1981.
This book on the medical aspect of NLP has collected together a set of clear and useable approaches that are useful for every doctor out there and non professional alike. Given that the vast majority of complaints about medical practice are related to communication it should be required reading for us all.
It is comforting to me to find the book is full of observations and insights that I have been enthusiastic about for a long time.

This book is by far the best book on NLP I have ever read. It is beautifully written, clearly explained and fascinating from beginning to end. So many books on NLP are New Age waffle or claim to be able to be able to enrich anyone. This book is totally practical, quietly defiant, logical and lucid. Arguments are backed up by scientific research not a wing and a prayer. Garner Thompson is one of the best therapists in Britain, you should read this book even if you are just interested in life and people.
