A pleasant surprise, it worked!
Thank you Glenn. My first impressions were that this tape couldn't possibly be effective in dealing with a hardened smoker like myself. The voice and the music were nothing special. However despite wanting to, I have not smoked a cigarette since my first hearing of this tape about six weeks ago now. I play it regularly because it helps me relax and go to sleep, I rarely hear the end of the tape. I wholeheartedly recommend it, suprisingly powerful.

I never would have believed it!
If someone had told me a week ago that I would not be smoking or craving cigarettes in 7 days time, just by listening to a CD, I would have told them they were mad!

But - it works... after a few repetitions of the CD (once per night) I found the affirmations popped into my head at the appropriate moment and helped me get over the need for a cigarette.

It wasn't all a bed of roses, it wasn't a miracle cure, as I had a tough time going through nicotine withdrawal on day 3... but it kept me on track, and even at this early stage I can safely say 'I am a non smoker'. This CD gave my will power the kickstart it needed to move on to a healthier lifestyle.

Hearing is believing !!
I purchased the CD nine weeks ago, so wanted to wait a while before commenting on it. I am extremely impressed with the power of the CD. I would say now though that you must REALLY want to stop smoking when you start using the CD. But if you do, it is impressive. I have been using the CD for nine weeks now and I haven't had one cigarette in that time. I have even passed the biggest pitfall which is going out drinking with a group of friends who do smoke, AND I still managed to resist the temptation. It is money well spent (less than the price of two packs of 20!) BUT as I say, you must really want to stop when you start the CD. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
