Great American BBQ Cookbook5
Dr BBQ is a great BBQ cook ... he has won many bbq contests and never ceases to produce great dishes ... this book goes one further and includes recipes from other BBQ Champions ... including mine!! Well, I have to rate this book well ... I'm in it! Other than that, check out Marsha's Buttermilk Pie ... I tried getting this recipe from Marsha ages ago but it was secret ... having made it, I know why!

Remember, American BBQ is about low and slow cooking and has nothing to do with burning burgers and sausages on a gas bbq.
