Customer Reviews

Looks weird, but sounds great.4
OK, so maybe the stylings of this phone aren't the best, but it sure stands out from the crowd. In a world where everything seems to be getting more and more standardised, it's nice to come across something which is actually individual for a change.

The phone itself is rather bulky, though it'll still fit into your pocket without too much difficulty. The weight, whilst greater than other Nokia's, isn't too bad. You know you have it in your pocket, but it's not a burden.

The features of this phone are great. Obviously, the one's you're after are the MP3/Radio and texting, both of which work fantastically. The sounds coming out of it are superb and, after a little practise, your texting speed will increase tenfold. How people have been managing with a pety 12 keys for so long I'll never know.

In fact, about the only thing this phone is missing is a ring-tone composor. Considering the musical abilities of this phone, this seems a strange ommission, but the ring tones that come with it are pretty good, and you can still download more from the web.

All in all, a great phone assuming you can stand the size. If you want music on the move and to be able to be kept in touch with, you won't do better than this.

Nokia 55104
As most people stated, the bulkiness is the major drawback. This is minor compared to the major benefits. A phone and an MP3 player would be larger than the phone on its own so if you listen to music on the move a lot, the choice is obvious. Texting is very fast if you give it a chance. Friends always comment how quick I am to reply. One thing a previous review got very wrong is regarding the "key lock" function. This is very much available on the phone by pressing space after the multi function button. A phone where you couldn't lock the keys? That is ridiculous! All in all a great phone.

Looks arent everything4
This phone is just genius it looks totally rubbish but the phone itself is great with up to 2 whole hours of MP3 time! The phone has room to store up to 150 text messages which is great even though u dont need that many. Instead of having the room to store that i think they could have put a ringtone composer on the phone itself like some other nokia products. The phone itself is able to have voice activated dailing for times when you are in a rush all you have to says is the name and your calling them like that! All in All this new nokia product is great but could have room for some improvements.
