Was mine a dog?
I wasn’t looking for all the trimmings when I chose the Sagem 3020, just a phone that I could make and receive calls on. I liked the way it looked and felt plus, the fact that it wasn’t a Nokia helped a bit.
For three months it did exactly what I wanted, but suddenly it stopped recording the numbers from missed calls, a situation thast could prove costly in business. It went back to be repaired but only weeks after it was returned it started playing up again. after being sent off for a second time it came back with a whole new fault it hadn’t got when it went away! However, I was sick and tired of being without it and the fault, the volume defaulted to zero for every new call, did not render it unuseable, so I persisted with it. Then, at eight months old, it died altogether. I don’t know what is wrong with it now, and I don’t care, I’ve got my money back and my Sagem experience is at an end.
I do not know of anyone else with a Sagem, so I can’t say if mine was typical or not but I don’t think I’ll have another one.

This Phone is great. It has everything you need and it is a pleasure to have because it is so small and cool. And i would reccomend it and the price is an extra bonus
