Product Description
There's more than one way to put that built-in camera to use - like sending photos as MMS messages or making new wallpapers for your phone. You can also add photographs to your phone book so you can put a face to the name of the person who's calling.
Tune out of the hustle and bustle and tune in to the FM radio, either with the headset or the loudspeaker - both of which can also be used for handsfree calling.
Put more into your Java-enabled Nokia 6610i phone and you'll get more out of it - such as Time Out Mobile City Guides, converters, and other applications. You can also order add-on applications for business and pleasure from Nokia Software Market.

Nice all rounder
I have actually traded down having sold on my Nokia 6600 to buy this phone. The 6600 was OK on features but the interface was far too busy and very slow. The 6610i retains the familiar Nokia operating system and no one should need to refer to the manual if you have had a Nokia before. All the available features work well and a lot easier and quicker than the 6600. For business use I am sure I will be happier with this than I was with the 6600. The camera is adequate with output at around half VGA size but is no where near as good as the 6600. The keypad is well spaced and easy to operate and the display works well outdoors. The supplied tones and tunes are excellent and are nice and loud. The latest software suite for the phone which is available as a free download provides excellent facilities including format converters so you can produce your own compatable midi files. All in all its good value for money, light and practical.
Great Little Phone
After upgrading from an old school Nokia 3310, i found this phone to be a breath of fresh air. The simple, user-friendly interface still exists and i had no problem operating the handset. The phone has many interesting features that come in handy, especially the O2 active "Xhtml" browser that allows you to browse news, sport and especially the football results which are a must for me! The camera takes fairly good quality photos which can be attached to MMS messages or sent to your e-mail inbox. This is a great stylish, aesthetically pleasing phone and for the price, it's well worth it.
Good camera phone from Nokia
I've owned a number of Nokia phones. I'm a big fan because they are easy and intuitive to use. The 6610i is no different, with a menu system which will be familiar to you if you've had a Nokia mobile before. It's a lightweight handset, and although fairly compact, it isn't so small that it makes it difficult to use. I particularly like the feel of the keypad which is comfortable to use.
This phone has a camera - fairly low resolution, but you can get some reasonable images particularly if you get close to your subject. It also has an FM radio which is brilliant. I've also got the Nokia Music Stand which is really a speaker which enables you to hear music without using the earpiece, and I would recommend this.
I am also pleased by the wap browser which is an xhtml browser and much better than my previous phone for mobile internet use.
On the negative side, the 6610i feels very slightly flimsy compared to some of the other current Nokias, and there are so many items now on the menu that it can take a while to find what you want. You can use the "go to" key to overcome this problem to some extent. However, these are really minor niggles. This is a great phone, and I would recommend it if you want an easy to use phone with lots of features.
