helpful tech support
Bought the previous version of this which was very easy to install and does a good job. The best bit about buying Belkin is their customer support. They have a 24 hour free-phone number that gets answered promptly, unlike most tech support desks that are expensive and take ages to answer (whilst they tell you how important your call is to them!). The staff in India are extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They also have an excellent system such that when I spoke to someone new they immediately knew the history of my problem, whereas most support desks need the problem explaining all over again. All in all I received outstanding service and in my experience Belkin have by far the best support team of any I have used.

Poor quality
As previously attested look elsewhere when buying a new wireless router. I encounter numerous freezes, lockouts and the router needs constant re-booting. My old BT router was far more reliable than this and in hindsight I should have bought a Netgear router. Avoid like the plague!

Belkin Wireless set
Unbeliveably good. Easy to install and even easier to use. One or two minor problems with the encryption but they were relatively easy to sort out. Everything is in the box and the easy set-up guides make it all a doddle. I was a bit nervous about going ahead with this, having had trouble-free broadband for a year with a USB modem. But the switch was easy. And, if anything, the wired connection to my main computer with the supplied LAN cable is faster than before. And the wireless connection to the second compute is just as fast as before.
