A very nice phone
The samsung E370 is a really good phone. It is very similar to the D500 but about half the size. I still cannot get over the size of it!
The sliding action is really good, and very satisfying - I find myself doing it repeatedly.
I have never had a camera phone before, so I cannot really compare it, but I think the 1.3 megapixel camera is very good and very clear; there is even a flash and multi-shot option.
Despite being tiny, the buttons are well spaced out, apart from the directional buttons - I find myself pressing up instead of down, but it is only slightly annoying and really shouldn't be a deciding factor in whether or not to buy this phone.
The e370 loses a star in the layout of its phonebook, which could have been improved slightly because you have to click a number of buttons to view the photo of the person, however, I know what my contacts look like so it doesn't really matter all that much.
A very nice phone, a great improvement on my nokia 3330, although I am sure any phone is an improvement of that. I only hope this phone lasts as long, which is my main worry.

Took it back
I bought one of these (not from Amazon) and took it back after a week. It's a nice phone, very cute and chic, but it wouldn't receive multi-part SMS messages which is a major pain. I also don't think you can synchronise the calendar with a PC, which I really wanted to do.
I also had a rubbish battery, so I took it back and exchanged it for a Sony Ericsson Z530i which I'm very happy with so far - lower resolution camera but a lot cheaper and it does everything else I want.
This is a very nice phone if the things I mentioned aren't a problem for you, though, so don't dismiss it out of hand.

the phone
This phone has to be the best phone ive had so far its cute and small casing is fantastic, when charged correctly the battery lasts ages! up to 7 days not what the last review said, they probably didnt charge it right. everything is easy and managable and you dont have to keep thinking how to work the phone. the camera on this phone is very good with a flash Ect and multi shot ability aswell. bluetoothing items is the best connection and quick speed ive had to far, it can tranfer and receieve items via bluetooth at the same time and can send multiple items at the same time, its a real time saver! i bought this phone about 2 weeks ago and as soon as my friends saw it and had a go, 2 of them went out and bought the same ones!

all in all this phone is very realible and i can depend on and to repeat the battery is fantastic!
