Lovely and thin
This phone is so thin I honestly don't notice it when it's in my pocket.
The buttons and screen are a good size so there's never any problems typing text messages etc. The menu system is relatively clear and logical (though some options did take a bit of getting used to as I've used Nokia's for the last eight years.
The downsides? 1)Photos on the camera blur really easily. You have to hold it very still when taking photos and action shots are a no go as it takes a while to take the picture from when you press the button. 2) The caller groups etc only work if you save your contacts onto the phone rather than the sim card, though there is a handy option to copy all your contacts from the sim to the phone and vice versa.
Over all I really like this phone, I just love how thin it is. It would have got 5 stars if it weren't for downside 2).
It's a Lean, Mean, Calling Machine
I've had this phone for about three months now and am very happy with it. It's so light and slim you can carry it in any pocket almost without noticing it. Lots of features, including a good music player, voice memo recorder, metric conversions, stopwatch, calculator etc., but the best feature is the camera. I agree with the other reviewer here that the camera's not perfect and not good in low light situations, but in good light the 2 megapixel camera takes excellent shots, which makes this phone great for those who like to always have a camera with them too. It can shoot video and has lots of fun effects, comedy frames and so on.
The menus are easy to use and the Bluetooth is good too: you can send photos direct to your PC or even print direct to a Bluetooth printer.
If you like the idea of owning the world's thinnest mobile, you won't regret buying this smart phone.
top notch gadget!
fantastic minimal phone that slips into your pocket with ease. so thin its amazingly light and super cool. thats waht people want these days, justa phone that isn't a brick, it does email etc like any other phone with mp3 too.
the user interface of all samsung phones are great anyway but the only annoyance is the short (very) battery life.
