good, not the best
This is not a bad phone. Menus and navigation are very easy, as it is always the case with Nokia phones. It looks very nice, and the color LCD display is quite good as well. Two things I did not like about it: first the volume seems to be very low compared to other Nokia Models, and have missed a lot of phone calls cause of that. Second: if you are using 3G, then you will end up without signal so many times (not totally phone's mistake), but the problem is sometimes the phone just freezes and you have to turn it off and on again. This happened couple of times before. Last thing, build quality is not really great. One of my friends had the same phone, and after putting it in his pocket, took it again after a while to find the screen cracked, after leaning a bit on a pool table. Probably his mistake, but still build quality could have been a lot better.
Not the best of phones around, and certainly not the best Nokia, but it is affordable, looks nice, works great and very easy to use.

Wonderful phone !
I've had this phone in white for a year now and it's been a pretty good experience. The only issue is it's battery life, it drains out pretty fast, so you might have to charge it almost everyday if used intensely. Apart from that, everything's great - Symbian 60 interface makes everything a breeze, mono speaker is loud even if not top notch, great body finish & comfy keypad, 2 MP camera with flash proves adequate, Perfect 16 million colour display, voice clarity is perfect too. There are better phones for the price but if interface customisability, accessibility and organiser functionality are your priorities, then this is a very capable S60 phone. Definitely worth the money !

Fantastic phone!
'Love this phone. Compact and as light as a feather. And, as with most Nokia phones you can use it without so much as a glimpse at the manual. Great!!!
