Pretty awesome.. but has some flaws
I found this phone to be generally great.

The good points:
The software was easy to use, so copying word and powerpoint documents to the phone was easy. Editing documents is fine too. It is a good looking phone and I quickly found the qwerty keyboard easy to use, however for people with less nimble fingers it may be difficult. I found it to be a fairly user-friendly phone, and the internet was suprisingly good too. However, it was less user-friendly than my old sony ericsson.

The bad points:
The biggest flaw with this product is that is not very durable and it is very vulnerable to knocks. When this phone fell out of my pocket the screen broke, and the very cheapest replacement I could find for the screen is 40 pounds. The phone does dent easily. It should also be remembered that that this is a relatively big phone, so it is not always easy to fit in your pocket.
