Simply the most detailed and useful bonsai book I have read
This guy must have been a tree in a past life! I must have read about six or eight bonsai books recently and this one outclasses any of them by miles. This guy *really* understands how plants grow and is able to explain the concepts in a very easy to understand fashion.

I would say that if you have this bansai book you need no other, except that there is not the usual collection of varied specimens that you tend to find in most bansai books. To understand bansai I doubt this could be beaten.

Well, what can I say? this book is the best I have read in the subject. It is very informative, detailed without being boring (as some books are), Pictorial representations and drawings are of very high quality and can keep interest for hours. I must of read the book 11 times atleast! and enjoy it more each time. Most begginers will find this book invalueable and tackles every aspect that you would need to know. If you have any doubts I earge you to reconsider and buy this book!!
