The Canon EOS 350D / Digital Rebel XT is one of the latest in Canon s extremely successful EOS range of digital SLRs. The Expanded Guide to the Canon EOS 350D / Digital Rebel XT is an in-depth guide to using the camera and photography journalists Tracy Hallet and James Beattie demonstrate how to get the most from this remarkable digital SLR. This invaluable user's guide from the Photographers' Institute Press includes: * A guide to basic and advanced functions * Professional tips on how to avoid digital-imaging problems * A comprehensive guide to lenses, flash units and other accessories * Plus practical hints for taking close-up photographs, managing difficult lighting and looking after your camera The Expanded Guide easy-to-follow format, with full colour step-by-step operating instructions is wonderful to use - with images of the actual camera display screen, showing the menu options and how to navigate the camera functions to get the best results. The clear chapters and index make looking up functions quick and easy, plus the helpful appendices throughout the book refer the reader onto more explanations of a specific function. The handy size fits easily into a camera bag, and the flexi-bound with flaps format is hard-wearing - so it can easily be taken out on shoots with you. Plus the flaps make great bookmarks! All in all, this is an absolute must for any photographer who has bought the amazing new Canon EOS 350D / Digital Rebel XT

Customer Reviews
The pip expanded guid to the Canon EOS 350D
If you have just brought a 350D this is the book to get. It is an idiots guide on how to use the camera and what everything does. The book is well layed out and very easy to follow. I brought 3 books on the 350D and this one was by far the best. Take my advice get this one....
Canon EOS 350D PIP Expanded Guide
An easy to read and well laid out book, clear and concise. Tells what you need to know and demystifies those symbols. The 350D's Auto setting is so good it's tempting to just to leave it there. This book encourages you not to. It has 'tips' and 'common errors' boxes for easy reference. Once read, I realised the 350D is a pretty straight forward, but versatile camera. A tenner well spent.
Canon EOS 350D Rebel XT Guide
Having bought myself a 350D Rebel, this is an invaluable reference book. Quick hints without having to wade through pages of the original manual
