The theme of the social outsider will ring bells with any reader who has ever been a committed cyclist in the British Isles, and will also be of interest to many who have not.

Again Tony Hewson has produced an enthralling insiders view of competitive cycling, complete with explanation of the politics involved and many stories and anecdotes, combining to form an unputdownable read full of insight and humour.
