Interesting Anecdotes, but nothing new really
Whilst this book does contain useful information I was very put off by the continual references to the Bible and quotes for the scripture. That aside the book mainly consists of interesting anecdotes, stories and examples of how a good attitude has helped people plus ways of encouraging a good attitude in yourself and other people. The way the stories are presented allows you to take what you want and apply this as needed; there is no magic formula or process taught. As I have put in my title there are no really new thoughts or revelations in this book but it does make you consider the way you think and act.
