Gives an excellent insight into the small business!
As an accountant I have seen what is described in this book happen time & time again. I wish I had read this before I started my own business. It might have warded off some of the mistakes I had to recover from. A recomended read.

Good book
I enjoyed this book and its applications to e-business. I also suggest entrepreneurs not neglect the proven basics of leadership, which are vitally important even if you have only 1 person in your organization.
