Customer Reviews

If you have any interest in property - buy this book !5
With so many property books full of hype, spin and self-congratulation, with lots of promises but little practical use to the inexperienced, this book is a perfect antidote. Full of straightforward, accessible and directly applicable guidance, this is a book to inspire confidence and galvanise you to highly profitable action !

It's not rocket science, just common sense5
This book is a must for anyone planning to invest in property for the first time as it explains how to go about it in a very simple, easy to read fashion. It tells you where to start and what to do next. It also advises what positive and negative aspects of property investing to watch out for. Peter obviously doesn't believe the investment process is rocket science as he explains it all in a practical, down to earth way. If you're looking for a simple, common sense approach to buying property this is the book to read....

Great Do It Yourself Book for Property Investors5
Peter shows why he is an expert in the property field with this book. I had seen Peter present his work at events and the book is the perfect manifestation of him - straightforward, honest and approachable.

Peter always says that what he loves about property is how simple it is. I used to think he meant "simple for the few who could actually grasp it". But, this book makes the idea of buying property simple for everyone and his advice on what to look for in a good investment is very motivating to those new to the buy-to-let market.
