It's not rocket science, just common sense

It tells you where to start and what to do next. It also advises what positive and negative aspects of property investing to watch out for. Peter obviously doesn't believe the investment process is rocket science as he explains it all in a practical, down to earth way. Great Do It Yourself Book for Property Investors
Peter shows why he is an expert in the property field with this book. I had seen Peter present his work at events and the book is the perfect manifestation of him - straightforward, honest and approachable.

Peter always says that what he loves about property is how simple it is. I used to think he meant "simple for the few who could actually grasp it".
