A decent basic introduction but a little dry and dated. The market has moved on a lot since this was published and it's really about one sandwich bar and not coffee bars as the title suggests.

Another great read. Most of us would never aspire to be Starbucks but it's great to see the story and passion behind the growth.

This is no E-myth but it's a great way to keep drumming the message home after you've opened.
