The ultimate treatise on stalking
There are very few accounts of specialist subjects that manage both to be totally authoritative and to bridge the divide between academic treatise and accessible popular review. This is one of them. This volume combines a comprehensive summary of all that is known about stalking with a down-to-earth clinicians' view of the damage that stalking causes to victims and perpetrators, ways of assessing the risk that individual perpetrators may pose and, most importantly, what interventions can be undertaken to limit this damage, both by protection and treatment of the victim and, crucially, by assessment, treatment and management of the stalker.
