About the Author
Suzi Grant is a qualified practitioner and member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists. She runs two thriving practices in West London and in Brighton, where she lives. As well as running workshops and giving lectures she also writes for a wide range of national magazines and newspapers and broadcasts regularly on LBC, Southern FM and other TV and radio stations. In short, Suzi lives every day to the max and is known by her friends as 'The Naughty Nutritionist', because while she practises what she preaches 80 per cent of the time, the other 20 per cent she is still capable of being a normal human being!

If you read one lifestyle advice book, make it this one.5
This is one of the best lifestyle advice books I have read. It's well set out so you can find the information you are looking for quickly and just read the relevant chapter, or you can read the whole thing in one go like I did. Written in plain english, the author doesn't bombard you with lots of impossible to maintain lifestyle changes all at once. By working a few of the suggestions, chapter by chapter, into your daily routine, you will finish the book and realise that you are now doing lots of great things for your health with relative ease. I recommend this book to anyone who leads a hectic lifestyle but wants to look after their health.

Very do-able5
I found this a really useful book, well laid out and not too complicated.
I like the "super anti-ageing day" section, it brings together all the information in the book. This book covers all aspects; physical and emotional. The resources section is useful, and one of the things I really liked was that I sent an e mail to the author with a query and she replied promptly with a useful reply. This makes the book, and the information in it, more personal somehow. I really like this book, and have incorporated some of it into my life, and plan to do more.

An interesting and informative read5
I found this book very clear, easy and unscientific to read. I read the book cover to cover but shall definately be using it as a reference book in the future. I've tried loads of things that Suzi has recommended and shall be trying out loads more; her 'top tips' were all very useful. It is not too difficult to include lots of things into your daily life. Alternative ageing is the only way to go! I highly recommend this book if you want to grow old gracefully without resorting to surgery.
