Buy it for what it is...
...which is an album that is really easy to listen to. If your looking for an album that you will instantly love this is the best album out there at the moment. All the songs are just so catchy that you'll be singing along in no-time. I just wish when i saw them live i payed more attention to them instead of the Leicester's local bands!
Just buy it!
A superb debut album!
This is not just another run of the mill english band. Their social commentary is well executed, accompanied with great musical structure. For example 'Morden' conveys all of the aspects mentioned: a scathing attack on their 'beloved' hometown. Even if you don't like political bands or songs it doesn't matter because the songs and their lyrics are easy to listen to e.g 'We are not the Same'. 'Think before you speak' is an album I would reccomend to anyone!
Good Shoes debut album doesn't disapoint!
This band head out of Morden in South London and have built up a sizeable following in the past year by notching up a healthy amount of live performances. Checking in at just over half an hour, these 14 songs come at you thick and fast. This album includes all of their 5 singles to date and the lyrics bristle with wry teenage angst. If you like guitar driven bands, who play punchy pop songs, then buy this. You willnot be disapointed.
