About the Author
Carole Hollins is a dental practitioner and member of the British Dental Association. She is a member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners and an examiner for NEBDN. She is the current Chairman of the National Certificate Committee and sits on the Qualifications Council. Carole Hollins is the author of NVQs for Dental Nurses, Questions and Answers for Dental Nurses, 2nd Edition and the Basic Guide to Dental Procedures.

Excellent and much better than the 9th edition.
Colour pictures make it so much more informative.

Excellent for Dental Nursing Students
Excellent book for Dental Nursing students. It has all the information you need, not unnecessary stuff. I had the 8th edition before and this new one seems slimmer but it has the same number of pages. The only thing I saw it was removed was a couple of pages at the end of each chapter that used to summarize the info. just explained. It was quite useful, it's a pity.. but not essential. Now you get colors and some updated names and rules. It is worth every penny!

Its very useful, better than earlier editions because it is phrased better and has coloured pictures, makes all the difference :D
