Product Description

Ed Fox has been called the new Elmer Batters, but he's clearly no imitator. Yes, there's that "little secret" he shares with the late Mr. Batters, but Fox celebrates the female foot in his own way, creating a style that is unique, contemporary and technically impeccable. Because he draws inspiration from both still photography and music video there's a strong sense of movement in his photos, reflecting his own energetic personality.Fox is a native of Los Angeles, so its no surprise his specialty is finding and shooting the most compelling beauties in the adult film industry. Says Fox, "A beautiful foot is an extra, the same as shapely breasts or a nice ass, and all part of a feminine shape. It's all about voluptuousness." Accordingly, most of his models are exceptionally curvy from top to bottom. Fox was one of the first to shoot strip diva Dita von Teese, as well as Tera Patrick, Brittany Andrews, Jill Kelly, Kelly Madison, Temptress, Tall Goddess, Aria Giovanni, Jewel De'Nyle, Belladonna, Terri Weigel, Penny Flame, and Ginger Jolie, all of whom appear in this, his very first book. This title is accompanied by an hour-long DVD featuring many of the stars, with an original musical score.

Review
"The most tempting part of a woman's body is her feet. Feet are a woman's second body, the one I can visually enjoy without her being offended or even aware, and never would I have imagined that my little secret would attract so many people. - Ed Fox"

Customer Reviews

Absolutely top class!5
It is not often that a book surpasses my expectations, but this one did so by quite a big margin. You really don't have to be a die-hard foot fetisjist in order to like this publication. The photographer has done a magnificent job. Tipically the Taschen publication is flawless in their best tradition with superb high quality glossy printing. The size of the book does justice to the pictures and what came as a real surpise (and this was not mentioned in the discription of the book), there's a DVD inside the back cover. Now let me tell you, that contents of that DVD alone would warrant the purchase of this book. The short movies are exremely well made, and the gorgeous girls/women stand out by their naturel. No artificial pumped up bodies here. The foot is at the centre of the camera, but again, just like the book, this feature is nowhere too overwhelmingly present. There are some highly arousing, quite explicit scenes but the "foot"age never becomes vulgar. I can only highly recommend this publication from start to finish and it therefore gets full marks without any hesitation!

It's only porn really... 2
I know nothing about the author or Taschen books in general, so this book was a LOT more explicit than I was expecting. I bought it because I love taking photos of my wife and I also have a bit of a thing about her feet, so I thought this book would give me some inspiration for combining my 2 passions.

However, there are in fact remarkably few photos that I think are very artistic and which I would like to emulate in my own shots. Most of the photos in this book lack any artistry IMHO and are little more than pure porn. And if that's what you're looking for there are plenty of better ways of satisfying that need than by looking in this book!

Similarly the accompanying DVD tries to be 'artistically pornographic', but in fact is just, on the whole, pretty lame.

The book is ok, but I was hoping for better. The DVD is pants.

Awesome. Buy it now. Epic beauty contained in a hardback. DVD was a big bonus too!
