Very down to Earth about something so "out there"
I've been using the tapes for a few weeks now and have really noticed a difference in my ability to relax when faced with a stressful situation, and find the visualizations much easier too. John is great narrator and his sense of humor takes away any initial awkwardness one may feel (like my husband did, but he's becoming a regular too.) I'm going to go for the complete audio set next time.
Disappointing
Although the overall content of this audiotape was interesting, I found it very difficult to do the meditations because the guy spoke far too quickly and didn't give any time for pause to actually do the mediation techniques while following his instructions.
