Customer Reviews
Fabulous!
I bought this CD mainly for the music from the old Hamlet advert on TV (track 4) but I can't stop playing the whole thing. It is great for meditation practice but also as background music for studying, driving and socialising. A diverse and beautiful collection of pieces recorded by various orchestras and musicians between 1963 and 1991. The music on this CD is perfect for centering yourself completely, or letting your mind fly free, either way it leaves me feeling totally at peace, I thoroughly recommend this purchase!
Relaxation
I will start by admitting, I was somewhat dubious about the music on the CD before I bought it, but I needed the relaxation. This CD is a beautiful compilation that can take your mind to more peaceful places. The final track is the crem-dela-crem. I will not ruin the surprise, but you can take my word that the CD is very much worth its full five stars.
Relaxation and Serenity
I had gone home sick the day this arrived, with a pretty bad migraine, ive had them for about 15 years, when they are at their worst every week, lasting from when i wake up till when i go to sleep, and the next day i feel like my batteries are flat all day.
I picked the parcel off the floor, which was a bad start for this CD,more pain and dizzyness, then went straight to bed, putting the cd in the player as i went by,within half an hour of the music starting,I felt like my shoulders were no longer up around my ears, you may understand that feeling if you have migraines or suffer from stress.
It didnt take the pain away, just made it not so intense, and not being all tensed up because of the pain, probably helped the migraine go away in the end,so instead of dawn till dusk,it was dawn till 4oclock in the afternoon, and the next day waking up feeling not too bad.
I wont promise this will happen for anyone else,or even for me again, fingers crossed it does though, but it will make things calmer and more relaxed,so put the music on,close your eyes and just let the music take you away from whatever makes you stressed and tense, truly some wonderful music.
