Retune to a calmer frequency
A wonderful double CD which encourages relaxation. I am a massage practitioner and these CDs are very popular with my clients...and I love it too. No dominant melodies or artifical nature sounds, making it easy to drift into complete relaxation and wake alert and refreshed.
Not very relaxing!
I found the CD to play whilst working OK, not too intrusive, but no better than any of my classical CD's. The second one, which is supposed to promote deep relaxation I found extremely irritating, with loud noises every so often which disturbed any peace I may have found.
Not relaxing
I found these cds very unrelaxing, and even unpleasant.
I notice the other comments are very positive so perhaps it's just me.
