A very good buy.
I've just received these cd's and have spent a short while listening to them lying down with headphones. I selected my favourite tracks (track 2-cd1 and track 1-cd2)and burnt them so i wouldn't have to swap cds and interrupt the process.
Wow! It's incredible how relaxed your body becomes, your breathing becomes very subtle and mind quietens down. I've had some very blissful moments, long may it continue. This is exactly what should happen when meditating. I've tried other relaxation/meditation methods but nothing is as powerful as this.
I now listen every morning and feel great for the rest of the day. If you feel the need to start the day on the right note, I wholeheartedly recommend the Theta Meditation System.
Not for me...
I have been meditating for a while now but did not find this CD beneficial to my practice...i will give it to someone who hopefully will.

I decided to invest in these CDs because I'd previously tried the Delta sleep system and found it helpful.
I'm well pleased with this product, and have found it to be of great use in some experimental mediations I've been doing.
