An excellent guide to all aspects of Yoga
This is an execellent book.It's been my constant companion over the last 10 years of my Yoga practice. It always motivates me whenever I read it. You can use it to start simple. But it also takes you to more advanced practices too. The section at the back on the benefits of Yoga is really good -- if you one ever doubted the power of Yoga, read this section !!

This book teach about all aspects of yoga:
asanas, breathing, meditation,diet, history of yoga etc.
The insructions and drawings are very clear, very good for those who want to start with yoga.
Great beginner intro, thorough, not exclusive
This book is a great illustrated, how to start up guide for people being introduced to yoga. It embraces the beginner and explains many other aspects besides the basic physical postures. A perfect jumping off point.
