The Bible of Yoga
I have been practising Hatha Yoga for more than a year with a teacher. I bought this book to learn more about yoga and it answered all of my questions and taught me a lot. First chapter explains the philosophy behind yoga. There is an extensive compilation of asanas, from easy ones to ones that only the most experienced yogis can attempt, as well as a guide to pranayama. It's an absolute must-have for anyone who is serious about yoga. Some people refer to this book as "the Bible of Yoga" and it is easy to understand why.
