Recovering Health.
During the past three years my life has been turned up-side down, or more accurately layed out flat by the on set of Chronic Fatige Syndrome. Conventional medicine was unwilling to accept the condition was real, and offered no help or realistic advise on how I could gain any improvement to my health. I was not looking for sympathy, I badly needed solutions. Dispite my best efforts to research this subject I could find no information which recommended HOW to combat the condition. I tried everything that I could think of, rest, diet, exercise, even an extended stay at a health spa in Thailand for colonic irrigation, but nothing helped and many approaches made matters worse. This book has given me the first REAL hope of recovering my health. Every relevant page proved to be easy to follow, packed with clear ,useful, objective material which allowed me to gain a further, deeper understanding of this condition. By discussing exactly WHY I felt so sick and What to take for each symptom I found that I could research the products being recommended and pull together a plan for my recovery. Within DAYS of taking the range of supplements recommended I had more energy, was in less pain, felt refreshed after sleep and the dreaded "brain fog" started to lift. Considering my loss of earnings and the depletion of savings this illness has cost me around K90/K100, and I have lost forever three years of my life. This book is a MUST for any one who suffers from C.F.S. and I would not hesitate to strongly advise others who wish to explore options for improving their health to get this well written, life changing book now.
