Excellent for long hours studying
I bought this a couple years ago because my back was hurting from many hours sitting at a desk studying. I have no back problems at all now and I would attribute a good proportion of my excellent back health to using this seat cushion. I really feel the difference when it's not there.

If your lower back hurts after hours stooping over a desk, it gently nudges you back into a good sitting position and also takes away any pressure over your coccyx. I personally felt the difference after even the first study session with it. When my father had a similar problem, I bought him one immediately and his view is the same; not a peep of pain since.

Good Product.
I bought this product because I needed some support for my back. I suffer from lumbar back pain and this cushion is certainly helping somewhat. It's probably best if you buy a proper chair if you suffer from lubar back pain, but if its a temporary thing then it's a good buy. It's also a good buy if you don't have back pain and just want an extra cushy on your chair. At the end of the day, I don't regret buying the product because it does what it says it does. I hope I've been of some help.

Comfey
The cushion is bigger than any chair I own so I had to cut it down to size but this is very easily done with a pair of household scissors.
Its not removed all my coccyx pain but has eased it.
