Excellent mat
Carpet mat is excellent. Had a problem with the first one sent as it was damaged. I took photos and contacted the supplier who immediately sent me a replacement.

Decent product, but did start to crack after 3 months use
I purchased this approx 4 months ago to protect my new carpet at home which has medium quality underlay. I appreciate the product will most likely be mainly used for offices, which most likely have carpet tiles with no underlay, in which case i would have no problem with it. However on my carpet a couple of small cracks have appeared in the mat. Overall i can't complain though, i'ts often in use while i'm sat on the 5 wheeled chair in front of the computer. I estimate i'll get 12 months use from it.
