Customer Reviews

Looks Deceptively Good2
Pre- Order Product Enquiry went unresponded for over a week. Hence went by the face value of the advert and ordered it. Problems:
1 - Does NOT have Knee Tilt Mechanism.
2 - Leather LOOKS artificial
3 - Very Big - Lumbar Support inadequate.
4 - No one in the Company seem to know what a Knee Tilt Mechanism is.
5 - Courteous prompt responses only after the Boss's return - unfortunately too late.
6 - Definitely NOT worth the Original price, I'm doubting the current one as well.

You get what you pay for!1
The chair looks good in the pictures, but once it was delivered I realised that the quality and workmanship is very poor. I was very disappointed.

The padding is very thin, everything is made of plastic, even the leather doesn't smell real. The lumbar support is not adjustable, so it is next to useless. You would need to be just the right size for it to give any support at all. The only adjustment is for height and the lever is too awkward to reach from a seated position. The chair does tilt, but with no locking mechanism; and it feels very unsafe when you lean back in it.

After only 6 months of use, the chair collapsed, throwing me to the floor. One of the plastic legs has snapped in half and would be too difficult, if not impossible to repair. It is therefore going on the scrap heap.

Needless to say, I won't be buying a cheap chair such as this again!

Height adjustment1
I can't find details of height adjustment. This is very important to me as I am very short ( barelly 5 ft.)
