Looks Deceptively Good
Pre- Order Product Enquiry went unresponded for over a week. Hence went by the face value of the advert and ordered it. Problems:
1 - Does NOT have Knee Tilt Mechanism.
2 - Leather LOOKS artificial
3 - Very Big - Lumbar Support inadequate.
4 - No one in the Company seem to know what a Knee Tilt Mechanism is.
5 - Courteous prompt responses only after the Boss's return - unfortunately too late.
6 - Definitely NOT worth the Original price, I'm doubting the current one as well.

Good comfortable chair, but big
I don't regret buying this chair, but it was bigger than I expected. Quite easy to assemble, needing no additional tools. Solidly built and nice and comfortable.

Height adjustment
I can't find details of height adjustment. This is very important to me as I am very short ( barelly 5 ft.)
