Original, exotic and terrific
Casablanca Cuisine, the cooking of French North Africa is the first original cookbook I have found in a very long time. It's terrific. Wonderfully exotic great tastes, easy recipes, lovely descriptions.
Dinner party triumph!
The mint soup is to die for. And the chicken with apricots were a major triumph. My guests actually believed I was a great chef. Fantastic!
A treasure
This is a treasure of a cookery book. Sophisticated, healthy cuisine. I only wish there were twice as many recipes.
