Impressive cards
This is a fabulous book which I return to time and again. I have copied some of the cards, and been inspired by many more. They have always been praised enthusiastically, and I have received many repeat orders. In fact, I have had to make so many cards that I haven't had time for the scrapbooking which led me to the book in the first place! The cards cover a wide range of occasions, some of which are irrelevant in the UK (Thanksgiving, 4th July), but the majority are perfect!

great ideas book
love this book . Am new to this style of cardmaking and have used many ideas already and have only had the book for a couple of weeks ! one of those rare finds where i can honestly say i would try every design . Includes sentiments and templates and covers most occasions and mediums. Is USA publication so includes events not applicable to UK , but all designs can be adapted to any occasion . I will not need to buy another card making book ever !!!! - untrue statement from a bookaholic .

A New Approach to Card Making
The refreshing and unusual cards so beautifully presented in this book will keep you returning to it's pages for ideas over and over again. It's modern and artistic approach breaks with the traditional concepts of card making and really stretches the imagination in new directions. There are all kinds of techniques represented, and a very concise description of how to construct the cards shown yourself and what products were used in their creation. However, the only complaint is that the materials used are very specific and would cost a small fortune to source and purchase, so an adaptable approach is required to copy them. The assumption also is that you already have the skills to have mastered all the techniques required as there aren't any indepth tutorials. If you want to be inspired, this book will certainly push your boundaries out and make you think again about what a greetings card should be. I'm learning fast as I want to make cards as good as these. A really interesting and visually impressive book.
