I ordered this on the tuesday and had it in my hands pumpin away by friday afternoon although i've only had it for 2 weeks i'm already noticing a difference in my forarm size and my grip strength. It's really great because you can workout each individual finger, there is even an exercsie to specifically isolate the triceps and another for the wrist, i'd recommend visiting the prohands home page,as it gives a detailed list of possible exercises specific to your individual needs, eg rock climbing, marksman etc and the website also provides a wider range of pro hands equipment for individuals at varying degrees of development
overall a great tool for development of grip and forarm.
Increased grip strength
Great product has increased my grip strength and wrist strength and I no longer have tired fingers after climbing. As above review check out the official website for additional ways to train. It did take me some time to build up the strength to use this product when i brought it but take it one step at a time
"super" strength model
This is not quite clearly (enough imho) described as such, but is the grey, "extra" tough version for "pro" athletes. I'm not one of those, so think this quite tough, but, remarkably, can still get some good use out of it. it is very well made and certainly effective (my keyboard is literally bleeding and whimpering as i type this).
It's so tough to use, that getting any workout on little fingers is hard, and some of the excercises are more challenging than most "normal" people will manage (me included). so, you might well want to go for the red "medium" model, or black model, if you feel really tough (hard, but not this hard). if you gym a lot, climb, play pro sports, or like pain, this might be worth getting as well.
