Super!
As someone learning Polish independently of the classroom, I wanted a guide that dealt with the intricacies of Polish grammar that also did not need a qualified teacher on hand. I believe I found that in this very book.

To begin with, Mr Swan has arranged each chapter in a grammatically logical fashion. Chapter one immediately deals with the 32 letter Polish alphabet that gives you plenty of clear examples to learn from. By the end of the chapter you'll pronounce each letter with ease and make sense of basic Polish words. The next chapter deals with nouns; the chapter after, verbs; the following chapter, adjectives (and so forth). It is exactly as you'd expect from a grammatical guide, essentially.

Mr Swan writes each section with natural, concise language and provides examples you can copy down and learn by rote (the best method really!). It has certainly given me a solid command of Polish grammar and is inviting enough that you'll happily review the chapters again and again.

The book itself has a glossy textbook like cover, is slightly larger than a pocket edition and well made. It is clearly built with heavy use in mind so wear and tear should not be an issue.

In closing, this book may be only 128 pages, but it packs an impressive breadth of information that is absolutely vital for anyone serious about mastering Polish grammar. Recommended!

Defintely worth purchasing
First time posting a review. I am currently trying to learn polish and have bought any book going in order to assist me. This is a little gem. Direct and straight to the point on all its topics. While you will not learn polish using this book alone, it is a great book to have in order to supplement other material.
One of the mail advantages of this book, is that it divides its topics very concisely and is very easy to make refernce to the topic of your choice.
Well worth buying.
