More hindrance than help
These screen protectors were difficult (impossible, at least for me!) to put on without leaving tiny air bubbles caught between the protector and the screen, so the clarity of the screen was spoiled. Also, the BlackBerry Bold screen is flat and the screen protector kind of sat on top of the screen and had visible edges(not the fault of the screen protector). It made the phone look less sleek and smooth and certainly spoiled the appearance. But at least the screen protector pulled off easily...

I have decided not to use a screen protector at all and in fact I've been pleased by how robust the BlackBerry screen actually is. I recommend you stick to carrying the Bold in a case and wipe the screen with a soft cloth occasionally...
