Look somewhere else ....
I have by now bought dozens of records of music for relaxation and most of them where a disappointment. This was another one.
The music is too artificial and does not go under your skin it stays on the surface.
The best one I had found so far was:

A wonderful and relaxing CD
The music on the CD is very relaxing and uplifting, great for meditation. I am a Reiki practitioner and I use the CD all the time, the tracks are great for treating myself and others as they are all about the right length and begin at a relaxed pace becoming more uplifting and awakening towards the end of the CD.
Listen, relax, enjoy and forget your woes!
Having bought this CD un-heard, I was thrilled to listen to the first couple of tracks with a greater expectation that the music would get better. I wasn't disappointed! It has become a regular listening requirement for my meditation. The CD is best listen to with a surround sound set up as the individual instruments and cross rhythms really grab your ears! By the end of the last track (12) the feeling of relaxation was complete. A great CD to add to your collection.....enjoy.
