Excellent guide for beginners and improvers5
I bought this after completing a beginner's course at Leeds Wall - it's brilliant. It's got advice on buying shoes and gear and loads of photos showing how to do tricky bouldering moves. It covers everything from indoor taster sessions to outdoor bouldering, climbing and via ferrata. I can see myself using this until it falls apart and I have to buy another copy.
