Amazon.co.uk Review
Representing Britain in the Eurovision Song Contest has, more often than not, brought about the end of the pop careers of those chosen for the honour. Luckily for Precious, their association seems to have done them little harm. Maybe it's because they only came an insignificant 12th, or that their entry, "Say It Again", was a fine pop tune in its own right, but either way Precious came out of the event with their future intact--the only Euro reminder being their entry's inclusion on their self-titled debut album. Written and produced by those who have penned and styled hits for 5ive, Another Level, Mark Morrison, Take That, George Michael, Boyzone and Westlife, Precious is flawless pop with a pronounced R&B flavour. Without that R&B edge the five have a tendency to sound like an All Saints/Spice Girls/Girl Thing/Billie identikit girl group. Add that stabbing R&B groove that Britney Spears and The Backstreet Boys love so much and spice the sweet harmonies with a "don't mess" lead vocal and contagious tunes "Rewind", "New Beginning", "It's Gonna Be My Way" and "Ain't It Funny How" are some of most stylish and classy pop around. No wonder they were too much for Eurovision to take in. --Dan Gennoe

Fantastic pop from the funky five!5
Wow! What can I say? This is THE pop album of the year. Kalli Clark-Steinberg, Sophie McDonnell, Louise Rose, Anya Lahiri and Jenny Frost have struck gold with this album.

The album includes the 4 singles "Say It Again", "Rewind", "It's Gonna Be My Way", and the new one "New beginning", and 8 other tracks, with standouts including the almost-single "Stand Up" and "These Days".

The album is produced by a variety of famous names such as Cutfather & Joe and Quiz & Larossi.

If you like your pop with a bit of an edge, then "Precious" is for you!

Underrated5
This album has to be in my top 50 of everything! I met Precious and there were lovely! I have photos if anyone wants to look!

SOMETHING FRESH!4
Precious may have done badly at Eurovision but this album isn't what you'd expect from a band who was entered in Eurovision! This Album on the main is a mixture of RnB and pop, but watch out for the infectious disco of 'STAND UP', there's the rawer RnB song 'GONNA BE MY WAY' and there's the fresher RnB 'SAY IT AGAIN' and there's the Britney style 'REWIND' as well as lovely Ballads such as 'Much Too Late' and the poppiness of 'These Days' This Album shows the slick RnB, sweet pop and strong voices of all members of the group.
