A promising English start
I've known Nylon since their first Icelandic album 100% Nylon, which featured the Icelandic version of 'Give Me One Night', featured on this CD. I like the way their songs flow well, and I think that 'Losing A Friend' does justice to this style. The lyrics view a breakup in a different way to how most explore it, and this does give a sense of meaning to the song, which means it's nowhere near 'just another Pop song'. I'm not too keen on 'Give Me One Night' though; to me it sounds like someone tried a bit too hard to make English lyrics that fit to the tune, whilst still conveying the meaning of the Icelandic ones.

I'd have also liked to see 'Play On' included here, since it's a lot better than 'Give Me One Night', but I'm guessing that's being saved for later. All in all, this CD's worth having just for the title track. It's not perfect, but it is very, very good. Expect to see these girls more and more over the next few months, I think they're gonna be huge.

lovely song by lovely group
I first heard this live when the girls supported Westlife on their recent tour, it is a beautiful song that you find yourself singing along to!!
lovely ballad that I never tire of hearing, can't wait to get the single. hope you enjoy it!

Losing a Friend - a lovely song
I heard this group when I went to see girls aloud in concert and I have to say they were really good. This song is especially great and once I had listened to it I could not get the song out of my head.
