good heads and worth a little extra
I have tried all the main braun brush heads and these are my favourites. They generally last about 3 months, so although they are a little pricey to buy it still works out at around only 1.5 pence per clean. The price does move about a bit on Amazon so if you buy 2 make sure you do it when the price is less than half that of buying 4.

A word on the floss action. Although they are good these do not replace the need to floss (worse luck) - well not for my teeth anyway, so you will likely be disappointed if you have that in mind. Having said they are better than the standard brush in my opinion - and therefore worth the premium price.

Not a Replacement for Flossing
These heads do give a good clean and I think they clean between the teeth better than the ordinary heads. However, I do not feel they are a substitute for flossing and I am a little concerned about how abrasive they might be on the teeth. I alternate between my ordinary head and the flossaction one.

Another good, if pricey, Braun accessory
I really hate to go against popular opinion, and from what I've seen people seem to think highly of these brush heads, but I just can't see that they're worth the asking price. They do clean your teeth well, and if you've bought an Oral B brush then you probably have little choice but to buy them (or other ones in the range), but I can't honestly say that my teeth have got any whiter or are cleaned that much better since I started using them in place of a manual brush. I feel that Braun tend to charge a bit much for accessories like these, and £5 for a brush head that will only last a couple of months seems a little excessive even by their standards.

However rather than ending on a low, I would add that the benefits of rotary electric toothbrushes are well documented and these heads probably work at least as well as any you can buy, just don't be expecting your teeth to turn 6 shades whiter overnight. I was considering giving them 4 stars as my way of acknowledging how well they clean, but decided on 3 at the last minute as I just couldn't justify that price tag to anyone thinking of buying them.
