Beatles Guitars
Regarding the Beatles Rockband game not being included:

This has been referred to on a number of sales sites but the fact of the matter is nowhere does it state that the game IS included, it states that the guitar controller is in the box. Think about it, if the game was included you would end up buying the instruments and have three or even four Beatles games, surely logic tells people that the game is not included. If you buy a car do you automatically expect to get insurace included, NO, unless it states it when you buy the car, you can't drive the car though until you have got insurance.
If you have a problem with the description on the box take it up with the manufacturer, not the trader itself.

GUITAR ONLY, NO GAME WITH THIS OPTION
Be aware that there is NO GAME with this product, you will need to purchase this seperately at £29.99. I received just the guitar yesterday and was very misled by this page. I am currently talking to Amazon and informing them that this is against Trading Standards regulations and is wholely mis-leading to consumers. In no place does it state 'controller only', and it even lists it as 'Media: Video Game'

Thisis JUST the Guitar controller - be warned
I bought this and made a VERY WRONG assumption that the actual game was included. For £85 I'd expect to have the game included. At the very worst, I'd expect this to be made VERY VERY obvious. I was very disappointed to open the box, expecting to be able to play the game this evening. Please make sure you understand this before buying the GUITAR ONLY.
