A must have for Clergy Lay Readers and anyone who leads worship in the Anglican Church, also a useful book to have if you are a Church Warden or Server.

a liturgical event
For those who regard the Bible as an item to be read amongst the other events of liturgy and are not too worried about it having any purpose or meaning. Occasionally useful - the grasshopper jumps about in a demented manner, presenting meaningful books, letters and gospels in a bitty, detatched way. Decided by some committee. What on earth would happen if they did it to Shakespeare? Guaranteed to confuse unless you're part of the culture. Instead, why not read the books of the Bible as they were written.
