Exercise for Health
Exercise should leave us feeling energised and invigorated rather than exhausted and depleted. Eastern disciplins such as yoga, tai ji or ch'i kung are ideal in this respect. And although it is true that we cannot fully learn any of these subjects from a book alone, it is also certainly true that a book is a great way to start - and can provide that all-important source of inspiration and motivation at any time.

Proceed gently with exercises of this kind. Practice a little every day, and in no time at all you will be astonished and delighted at the transformation taking place within.
