If you want to study Paganism in more detail, this book is the place to start. Based on a course in Paganism that the authors have taught for more than a decade, it is full of exercises, meditations, and discussion questions for group or individual study. PAGANISM presents the basic fundamentals: what Pagans are like; how the Pagan sacred year is arranged; what Pagans do in ritual; what magic is; what Pagans believe about God, worship, human nature, and ethics.

A good introduction
This book is a good insight into those who are new to paganism and wishing to know a bit more. I did feel that there could have been a bit more information on the individual paths but, of course if you do find any of the paths of interest to you there are other books that go into a great deal more depth.
I found this very interesting and learned lots of new things I didn't previously know although I follow the path of the solitary eclectic witch my main reason for purchasing this book was to find more information about other pagan paths.
Very well written.
Great introduction
Having wanted to know more about paganism for some time, I made the right choice in purchasing this book. It's easy to follow, clear and concise. It gave me a really good understanding - and the authors remain completely unbias, without trying to preach - as many other "religious" books try to. Informative, interesting and well written.
great practical pagan workbook
this book explains who does what, where and how in the pagan world and answers the questions you want to know the answers to but didn't know who to ask. rather than a purely factual book on paganism, this is a great practical workbook that really gets the reader to explore their own beliefs and views through practical and written exercises, visualisations and questions. if you want to find out if paganism is for you, if you are one, or if you just want an aid to question your own beliefs on life and philosophy more deeply, this is a very useful book.
well written and structured
